The twelfth and final chart in Blackbird Designs’ Anniversaries of the Heart series. Includes a bonus chart. Please see the other charts from this series using the links below. Each month during 2010 and into 2011 there were new house patterns released that could be framed and displayed individually or stitch them all together as your very own village on a larger piece of linen. Directions and measurements for both are given inside each pattern. Includes alphabet and numbers for personalization. Use these designs to commemorate special people and events. Calls for 30 count hand dyed linen which is no longer available. A 32 count linen is a suitable replacement with a similar look and finish. Model was stitched with a combination of hand dyed cotton threads.
