To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of Mind
Please contact us to see if we can help. If the item and it’s packaging are un-used and un-damaged, we may be able to arrange an exchange or refund minus any shipping costs.

Damaged / Lost Goods
If an item is faulty or damaged on receipt, or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange replacement.

Shipping
If an item has to be returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping. We will cover costs for returns related to damaged or faulty goods.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
