Description
by Kathy Barrick
Kathy tells us “This design is a reproduction of an antique theorem from the early 1800’s I found in Pennsylvania (shown above). I found it at an outdoor antique market in 20-degree weather with crazy cold winds blowing! I couldn’t take my eyes off of it and knew immediately what I wanted to do. It HAD to become a sampler!
The process was quite a task, but I loved every moment of it! I ended up using 24 shades of Needlepoint Silk, for which I apologize. I’ve narrowed the colors down as much as I could.”
The stitch Count is 138 W by 174 H.
This design was stitched on 40-Count hand dyed linen and stitched hand dyed silks from Needlepoint Inc.
