Our Lasting Friendship by Blackbird Designs

The designs by Alma Allen have black and white charts which use whole cross stitch and some smyrna crosses. The models were stitched on 36 count linen using overdyed floss and DMC substitutes are included. Items can be personalised with the charted letters and number sets.

My Heart to Hold Memory Box – stitched over 131 by 78 stitches using Classic Colorworks CCT-157 balsam fir, CCT-063 camouflage, CCT-234 caramel, CCT-081 fool’s gold, CCT-241 gingerbread, CCT-246 secret garden, CCT-231 straw hat and Weeks Dye Works ODF-1219 oak, ODF-2199 tarragon;
Shepherd’s Bush Pincushion – stitched in the same nine shades over 67 by 69 stitches;
Our Lasting Friendship – sampler with a stitch count of 201 by 225 worked in Classic Colorworks CCT-157 balsam fir, CCT-063 camouflage, CCT-234 caramel, CCT-081 fool’s gold, CCT-241 gingerbread, CCT-246 secret garden, CCT-231 straw hat, CCT-178 brown sugar and Weeks Dye Works ODF-1219 oak, ODF-2199 tarragon.
