The design comes in three chart packs, all with full colour charts printed 10 stitches to one inch double sided on A4 sheets with enlarged and detailed stitch diagrams.

The 14 bands of the left section are worked in cross stitch, satin stitch with double fern stitch, cross stitch and backstitch lace, triple herringbone, cross stitch bargello, cross stitch and backstitch, floral stitch, cross stitch and satin stitch motifs, florentine pattern, double pulled four sided stitch, alphabet part 1, modified Italian cross stitch, personalisation with initials and date, cross stitch motifs.

The 15 bands of the centre section are worked in cross stitch and satin stitch, double chevron and smyrna crosses, cross stitch, dutch stitch, cross stitch and backstitch, broad diagonal cross and cross stitch, cross stitch and Algerian eye, cross stitch and backstitch lace, cross stitch and backstitch, half Rhodes, web stitch, alphabet part 2, diagonal chevron, cross and triple cross, florentine pattern.

The 13 bands of the right section are worked in cross stitch, eyelets and broad diagonal cross, brick and cross, cross stitch and eyelets, cross stitch, fan and elongated smyrna cross, florentine pattern, wave filling stitch, alphabet part 3 and numbers, boucle stitch, perspective stitch, cross stitch.

The patterns use nine shades of Needlepoint Silks or Soie d’Alger, Au Vers a Soie, Caron Waterlilies CWL150 flagstone and Soie d’Alger 100/3 in 080 cream.

The stitch count for the entire sampler is 214 by 286 stitches (Estimate Fabric Size) with each section being 70 stitches wide. The model was stitched on 32 count Belfast linen.
