Description
A pretty symmetrical design with bees and a large bee in the centre.
The pattern is by Sandra Cox Vanosdall of the Sweetheart Tree. The A5 leaflet has a large scale black and white chart printed 10 stitches to one inch on an A4 page with key. The pattern is worked in whole and partial cross stitch, backstitch, corner four-trip stitch and oblique herringbons stitch. There are stitch diagrams for the more unusual stitches. Worked in 11 shades of stranded cottons and Mill Hill petite seed beads in three colours with added silver bee charm (included).
The stitch count is 70 by 70 and the model was worked on 32 count linen using DMC floss.
