The pattern is worked in cross stitch, backstitch, eyelet stitches, herringbone stitch, interlaced stitch, drawn thread work, outline stitch, four sided stitch, chain stitch, mordvinian star, knoted hemstitch, breton stitch, Smyrna crosses, star stitch, Kloster blocks, Dove’s Eye stitch and windmill stitch. There are stitch diagrams for the more unusual stitches. The stitch count is 46 by 132. The model was worked on28 count linen. This design is not suitable for Aida.
